Background

ATI is a nationally-recognized rehabilitation provider, specializing in research-based physical therapy, workers' compensation rehab, employer worksite solutions, sports medicine, home health, and a variety of specialty therapies. They came to Bounteous in need a website that would guide prospective patients through the appointment funnel, give B2B and prospective employees the information they needed, and drive greater differentiation of the ATI brand, establishing the organization as a leader in the musculoskeletal (MSK) space.

Project

ATI partnered with Bounteous to complete a Discovery phase; the first step in creating a streamlined, personalized experience. I worked with a team of content strategists, information architects, user researchers, and data analysts to assess the state of their content, illustrate opportunities for improvement, and create an initial site structure that would provide content organization and eventually, navigation.

Activities & Deliverables

  • Stakeholder Interviews: Conducted four stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and opportunities, with the goal of understanding how ATI’s websites could better serve their audiences and garner conversions.

  • Content Audit: Assessed the current state of ATI PT’s website content across relevant domains, determining how it met (or did not meet) user needs and business objectives. As part of this, I collaborated with Bounteous’ analytics team to give quantitative context to our content recommendations.

  • Site Structure: Provided a high-level recommendation for site content organization; I created a visualization of groupings, labels, and pages that reflected audiences’ content needs, and provided a more consolidated and intuitive wayfinding experience.
