J.B. Hunt
Background
J.B. Hunt is one of the largest freight transportation providers in North America. Following a robust Discovery phase, we drew on experience design and content strategy to bring their vision to life.
Project
We helped craft a meaningful, human-centered experience for both visitors and J.B. Hunt employees. The goals of our effort were public-facing and internal; we redesigned jbhunt.com, and created a user-centric information architecture for Adobe Assets. By defining a folder structure and taxonomy for their assets, we supported both website updates and created streamlined creative workflows.

Activities & Deliverables
Stakeholder Interviews: Spoke to the people involved in J.B. Hunt’s asset management process about their current workflows and pain points. We developed an understanding of who manages assets, what worked, and what could be better; this helped establish an initial folder and tagging structure for J.B. Hunt’s assets.
Content Audit: Completed an inventory and analysis of https://www.jbhunt.com/, http://locations.jbhunt.com/, https://finalmile.jbhunt.com/, and https://drivers.jbhunt.com/.
DAM IA (Folder Structure & Taxonomy): Based on stakeholder interviews and workshops, provided a recommendation that included asset location definition, folder structures, tags and metadata, folder and asset naming conventions, and an asset mapping template.
